Your Statutory Rights

Cooling-off Period

In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, send it to us at the address above so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. You must enclose a note giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation".

Ensure that the goods are packaged securely and for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment through the Worldpay secure payment gateway. Paypal is coming soon.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Elecron & JCB. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered will always notified by email.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If you order is pending then your order has been delayed with a backorder, you can email us at anytime to confirm the delivery time.
